My 2 year plan just expired and I ordered my new phone and received it yesterday.
I called the number 3 times (requested a supervisor the 3rd time) and got denied every time.
Then I dialed *611 and told them I wanted to cancel my account. I explained to the girl that the only reason I renewed my contract with Verizon was that I was under the impression they had a new 69.99 unlimited plan like Sprint. I told her I called the other number and they said I was not eligible for that plan. I said I didn't want to pay $20+ more a month for the same plan I can get at Sprint.
She told me to hold on and.......I got the 69.99 plan dancedroid
