What is your specific plan? I only have two lines and we share 700 mins a month? Is it only for the higher tier minutes?

no. i was just swapping my daughters phone and when that was done he asked me if i wanted to do the promotion. when he told me about it i said hell yeah!

i'm on the nationwide talk and text family share plan

Yea not everyone is going to get it, this plan has been going on since july but only in certain markets. It wasnt untill october that they started expanding it.

i'm in NY. my brother just confirmed it. the lady rep had to go into my acct with my permission to see what promo he gave me. she did and confirmed. she admitted that the reps arent all filled in with stuff. so you have to tell them that it exists and to look further apparently

It worked, this is how my call went.

I got a rep and she told me this ended on December 2nd. She transferred me to the logistics department and told me that there is usually a work-around for it. They were happy to give me the discount with no questions asked. Doesn't change with an upgrade and doesn't change unless you change plans. All it does is extend your contract 1 month. This DID work and this is no BS. Keep calling until you get it. I might have just gotten lucky.

Also, I called from within SE Wisconsin. But, it shouldn't matter since its a *611 number you know?

Just called the number that was was referred to in previous post. Told them I received an email about it. Going save about $30 on top of corporate discount plus it add unlimited data for other 2 phone that didn't have it before.

Yea not everyone is going to get it, this plan has been going on since july but only in certain markets. It wasnt untill october that they started expanding it.

oh. he told me it was limited and unpublicized and wouldnt last very much longer. he said it was a holiday thing to get people to switch to smartphones. maybe its new for people already on smartphones. not sure
