Mine worked just fine. It's just not starting I'm stuck at the boot animation.

Yah mine is at the new-looking "android" boot up screen. Prob 3 mins now. A few times it pauses like it's going to go and then it blinks and keeps going...hmmm. Now it's doing that more frequently.

I got it to work. Boot into recovery and wipe data and cache 3 times.
