OFFICIAL: 2.2/Froyo Issues and Support Thread [NON-ROOT]

I have selected it. All the information is on the right side of the RSD program. Was there anything in the Device properties section on the left side of yours?

DONE!

I figured out that I downloaded the Motorola Drivers but never installed them... DUH!
That is why RSD did not start... It takes longer to D/L and install all the tools you need than it does to flash the actual ROM.

Waiting for my account to update now...

Thanks to everyone involved in making this happen!

BTW Blue Tooth Voice dial works but the woman is rude!
I see a great app for a developer to have a nicer voice on this!

Ugh

I cant get this to work. i followed every step to the letter and i keep getting error code 25. i searched and found that this means the files are in too many sub folders, but i have checked 10x and they are not

I got everything running after wiping cache and data, prior to that I was stuck at the "Android" booting screen, works great! Flash is working but I tried to watch a video on cnn.com and it was really choppy.

Question- When Verizon drops the real 2.2 update will it be hard for me to switch to that version?

GOT IT.
turns out i had a previous nandroid folder and it was trying to run from that instead of the new one. deleted the old 1. changed the new 1 to nandroid instead of - nandroid and it worked. got all my apps back already too
