Is it possible to remove installed skins from the menu section.
I'd like to clear out some.....having everyone i've ever used there is frustrating.

As of 2.88 you can delete installed skins you don't want by tapping them to bring up a dialog box with options to Apply, Delete, or Website.

I tried to change the background images from one skin and put in another skin. When I put the whole package in a folder with a different name then either skin under /sdcard/data/beautiful widgets/skins, it won't show in the app for installed skins. What am I doing wrong.

If you make a folder with an entirely new name, you need to be sure that it contains a [skinname].txt file that matches the folder/skin name, or it won't register in the widget.

anyone want to make one to match adamz smoked glass blue theme rom? ive found a BW skin called beautiful glass which looks nice but it would be perfect if the time/date were the same blue as in the rest of the rom

Ask her:

As she is the creator of that beautiful skin lol, if you ask nicely maybe she'll do it for you

You know what I would love? A skin (even a naked one) that shows a font based on a ttf file in the folder. This is by no means a request from one of you because it would require some sort of coding on Tamas part. I just changed the font on my phone, which changed the font of the date/weather and I wish I could make the time match without photoshopping each number into a png.

So I guess it all comes down to me being lazy LOL

^ lol there's only 10 numbers, a colon, and AM/PM it shouldn't take much time... just do it! I'm sure you'll be glad you did once it's done because your phone will have that much more unified of a look.

The date/temp can't be skinned, unfortunately, but here's a shot at matching the blue theme on the numbers at least:

(I'll send along for upload after final tweaks if people think there might be some interest...I'm happy to see some of my other work going to use in other skins on the server too.)

Actually, if anyone could point me in the direction of the actual 'droid' font, it would be much appreciated. I just modified the .png files, but it would be cleaner just to re-make the numbers entirely.

Look in the system/fonts folder of your Droid for Clockopia.ttf and copy it from there.
