wonder if they are gonna add the landscape support on this thing.... just wondering lol also i was reading on there site about some having issues with force closes in the gallery, they didn't appear to be really constant but just in case someone brings it up... there not completely crazy.. mine FC the first time but hasn't since then...

This ROM already supports landscape, all your apps that support landscape will switch between both portrait and landscape just fine.

If what you meant is the Launcher, then I highly doubt that. This ROM, the framework and the Launcher are designed to resemble iPhone extremely well. And as we know, the iPhone doesn't do landscape on the "homescreen".

If you want to argue that this is Android and not iPhone, and as such the Launcher should be designed to do landscape as well; then you'l have to take that up with the original MIUI Devs. And need I remind everyone, the stock Google Launcher doesn't do landscape either, unless you open the keyboard.

Edit: What I meant to say is the stock Google Launcher only does landscape with an open keyboard, phones like the N1/Desire that do not have a physical keyboard can not rotate the stock Google Launcher on a Stock ROM.

I'd like to see a landscape version. Try slayhers kernals they're very nice. Almost the best I'd say.

speaking of Kernels, ive been meaning to ask which ones are compatible with these roms? and where do i find slayhers? ive been looking for his for about 2 days and call me stupid, but i cant find one

Interesting. I noticed you guys included a cm.filesystem.ready command, does this mean this ROM has DarkTremor Apps2SD (ext) method incorporated?

also do i have to wipe data and stuff when installing new kernels???

ALso lol how do i control the speed kernel... i know the cpu thing in the tool bar but have no idea what and how it works...

downloaded 1100 v1.6 and CEnnis - 1100 (250-1100) versions. probably gonna go with v1.6
really hoping these both would be compatible?

No need to wipe anything if installing only a kernel.

All the v1.6 will be compatible, I personally run 1000Mhz v1.6 and it runs flawlessly.

good to know..maybe ill hit the 1000 up instead now that i know it works well.

im pretty sure i saw either metick or zen say in v5.x, that the cpu toggle is at 250 when its dimmed and 800 when its toggled on. im pretty sure thats close to what i saw. not sure though but i do know its here somewhere in the v5 thread.

Lit = 200Mhz below whatever your cpu max is set at
Unlit = whatever your cpu max is set at

Not sure if anyone else has seen this, I just updated to 6.2 and now it always forces closes when I go to change the default keyboard. I went to get swype working and just getting to the point to turn it on will not work due to the force close.

yes, i did see that but didnt really think much of it. i "complained" earlier in this thread that they did away with the black keyboard that i LOVED from v5. i went to keyboard settings just to see if there was the option to change it back..all i did was press the setting option and it force closed. but like i said i dont have a use to change my keyboard so i didnt really think to make mention of it but yes that did happen for me too
