Did we lose the power button ends call option? I looked and looked under the new settings but couldn't find it anywhere. Wouldn't be my first "doh" moment by far though if I missed it.

Okay guys, I need to get to my homework but there are a few people testing the fixes. If everything goes right expect to see an update sometime today or tonight (west coast).

Just to chime in, I also have been having the apps install hanging issue, and I am NOT on a Slayher kernel... I am on the stock kernel provided. Not sure how this plays into your testing..

The only way I was able to get apps to install is to go into the apps manager, force stop the market, clear data, reaccept the agreement, download and it would install fine... until I go to install the next app where this process needs to be completed again.

I know he doesn't want us to carry the conversation about testing here, but one thing I will say is I haven't had a download issue with market yet...looks like he got it. I'm gonna leave for a while, but will be using market for all my apps to make sure.

Looking good! But have a few issues:

1) Search touch button does not function (press or hold, neither works)
2) No location in Weatherbug Elite or Weather and News app (GPS on nor GPS off). Google maps picks me up though.
3) As was already stated here somewhere, going into Phone, Settings .... half the options are in Chinese.
4) None of my apps restored.

Lots of improvement since the last version I loaded.

I have read front and back through this thread and issue 1 and 4 haven't really been addressed. Anyone have any feedback?

Are you sure you are running 6.2? the reason I ask is that 6.2 specifically stated fixing the translated phone settings (which I have verified). If you are running 6.1 or 6.0 its time to upgrade.

I also just checked the Search button... long holding it prompted me to select a default program... I selected Voice Search and it works fine...

Did you install Voice Search from the Market? It is not included with the Rom.

Search button not working is due to Google Search missing from the system/app directory. Downloading it from the Market will not help because it will reside in data/app. You can flash my Mod, which will fix this issue.

Okay, I pulled the links for 6.2 and am uploading 6.3 right now. I re-added the quicksearch app that allows you to tap the search icon and do a quick search.
