Sounds like the file is either corrupt or you didnt get the whole thing on your sd card. Try re-downloading or re-dragging the file onto your sdcard. V6.3 is 81.9 mbs

This is the file you need to download. Don't open it or anything. Just load it onto your sd card and flash it.

Okay people. I'm off to bed. I've contacted a few themers I know to get them on board and I got a few hits. I wont mention any names until they are ready to announce that they have something going but dont be surprised if you see some more themes soon.
installed 6.2 over version 3, installed version 3 over SS. I forgot to wipe and was surprised everything worked just fine. I had wireless issues where I couldn't seem to get reliable data transmission, however seems to be better with this release so far.
still using launcher pro, because of the lack of an app drawer.
oh, also noticed that I receive calls differently when the phone is on versus on stand by. I prefer the answer button to the sliding to answer approach. any way to set this add the default?

I was told it was a way of throttling down the cpu to save the battery. I wouldn't use it if you are already using setcpu.
I am running 6.3 without your mod and Wired Tether installed and runs fine.
Rockin 6.3 stock and actually after a reboot for a kernel switch wired tether icon remained but app was gone itself. So there is something going on with wired tether. Wireless working great!
