Obviously the updates have started to come less and less because usually there's an update within a week lol. but just wondering when the next one will be. I know the 11/5 update had lockscreen music controls, among other things.

Also, most of the themes on XDA that should work with this ROM are on the 11/5 build, so when could I/we expect another update? Not rushing, just wondering because I loveeee this ROM

Well there is a new version that is set to be released tomorrow from the chinese site. So, hopefully that release will fix the problems that we have encountered on the droid. BTW the MIUI devs put out a new release once a week. (quite impressive)

The music app (icon) does not work (Application is not installed on your phone) is the error message I get. Anyone else?

Am happy for you but how does that help me:icon_eek:? Can you please take a screen shot of what your "music Icon" look like? maybe its a different icon that has my music..Idk at this point..

Haha you're right, sorry about that. I didn't even think about the fact that my response provided no help. Here's a screenshot, music is in the bottom left.

i have a question, know how when you install rom manager plus he premium version,you end up with 2 temporary rom manager apps but eventually only one working one. the other icon become unusable but remains on desktop. how do i delete it, i tried the normal way of draging it up to trash can but that uninstalls it from market lol. any ideas

try opening the premium, then the regular. then reboot.

the premium one is supposed to disappear on its own. it always does for me after i mess around with them for a minute.

I have this issue too. It starts out as 2 RM icons, but after I opened premium, then regular and rebooted... one of them changed to a generic icon. If I try to delete the generic icon, it asks me if I want to uninstall the "Rom Manager Premium License", which I don't want to do.

You might not like it, but if you force stop the launcher and clear it's data & cache, it'll rebuild the apps on your home screens, but you'll loose any customizations you've done to your home screens.

The updates haven't slowed down. I skipped the most recent update because of the all the bugs with it. All the "fixes" which didn't really fix anything made the new lockscreen unusable anyway.

You can expect an update to the latest MIUI as soon as the launcher and lockscreen work properly and the phone doesn't freeze. Hopefully that'll be within a few days, but we'll see.

The updates have not started to come less. Please do some reading before posting. It really doesn't help when people pull things from out of their "you-know-where".

In case you haven't noticed, the 11.05 version was a complete failure (that includes the official Chinese release for the N1/Desire as well).

And any theme you have seen on XDA for MIUI 11.05 is most definitely not made for the Droid (it should be obvious as to why not, but in case it isn't, it's because there hasn't been any MIUI 11.05 released for the Droid).

And as far for when the next one will be; it'll be released whenever it's released. No "due date", no "ETA", no nothing. Whenever you see the next thread titled, "Official Team D1-MIUI-XX.XX-VX.X Release", that's when it's released, so please stop asking for release dates.

If you looooove this ROM so much, just enjoy it, it's pretty rock solid for most everyone (well, those of us that haven't hosed our phones and then cry "ZOMGWTFBBQBug!!!!"); and stop looking for a reason to flash yet another ROM.

This current build is so nice to have I almost don't even care about updates unless it really fixes or customizes...my phone runs great.
I like to have the chance to tinker...like the black boot ani...great stuff! Thank you.
