Sorry hook but I respectfully disagree. Bashing everyone in a thread and intentionally ignoring facts to post blatant misinformation is the definition of trolling which is exactly what Johnly is doing in every post he has made.
Advanced Task Killer doesn't have that option, apollo task killer does
That should help anyone else looking for Apollo Task Killer
edit: just ran the code myself and saw that in the market it is listed as Advanced Task Killer Free (by Apollo Software), whereas on Android zoom its listed as Apollo Task killer, this seems to be what is leading to the confusion. In any event, the above QR code will take you where you need to be.

Im gonna try this cause my BL sux azz. I dont care for 4x battery life but I would like to make it through a day without having to recharge 1/2 way through it.
ok man mine is like yours in the first pic but when i hit menu it doesnt look like your second pic its just a single row of three options, one is setting one is help and one is info and the setting button doesnt list the auto kill option
ok so installed and auto kill is set up, ill look through this thread and figure out what i should put on ignore, i also installed juice saver so ill see how much if any battery i save. thanks again for the help im sure ill have many more questions.
Johnly, you don't seem to be arguing that Juice Defender is pointless... it saves the battery by limiting the time the APN or data connection is available to the smartphone. So instead of having a constant data connection for updates and email, JD turns on the APN one minute for every 15 minutes when in standby. It turns on the APN when the screen is on, etc. I'm sure you would agree that the constant data connection a smartphone has with servers is the leading cause of battery drain, other than the LCD screen?
