Yes I did wipe. Never had this problem

Jamezelle thanks for this update. My phone has a lot more memory available now it seems. It was at about 119 mb and now it's up to over 150 mb. Nice!!

Oh ok, i was having that issue when i came straight from 12.18. Guess thats not the problem

I also wiped when i went to 12.24 and now that i am on 12.24.1 I am in the process of flashing kernels to see if that is going to make a difference.... 3 kernels in and no luc

maybe I will wipe and reflash 12.24 then 12.24.1 and see what happens..... Why is there always a better ROM on the horizon!

Why is it that I'm the only person who apparently wasn't able to flash this without wiping? I'm glad I did though. Had no choice haha.

FYI: Didn't know if this was a known issue or not, but there is a bug in the date display in the notification bar. The date and icons are being displayed at the same time and overlapping...

sorry to report but I just got a reboot when attempting to install Dolphin browser and google maps. As soon as it clicks over from downloading to installing it freezes up for about 2 seconds and Bam miui boot screen :-(

Funny I was working flawlessly before running update now I have the market issue? I guess it only works for broken installs...lol

Reverting back and re-testing.

So i reverted back to 12.24 after wiping yada yada......restored apps then system data from my miui backup. Everything is back and functioning perfectly I guess if your not having said problems best not to install update 12.24.1?

agreed dj it's a android thing.....lol same for me with linux don't usually have near the problems i read others having but I like testing!!
