yeah got a friend that works there, doesn't live there.. I gotta agree NY sucks, if not for family, I would be outta here...
local tax 8.75%, gas is 3.19, don't smoke, so that's a good thing, couldn't afford $10.00/pack. Anyways, looking forward to 12.18. best rom out here so far, and the kuro theme is awesome!!!

On a side note, does anyone else have a problem with the market never telling you when you have updates? It's not a problem with MIUI, it's just something that's been happening to me since I'm not sure when. Been a while. Sometimes it tells me but not very often. I'll go to downloads and have like 12 updates and never knew it.

I do. It happens on more than just Miui for me, I think. I'll have to pay better attention because I have been going from Miui to CM to Metick to UD to Miui to.......you get the idea,

Yeah, I know what you mean. Mine did it before MIUI but it used to actually notify me but I don't know why it stopped.

I get random reboots about 2-3 times a day. Very annoying. Normally happens when I go to unlock the screen and it just freezes and then reboots. Not very good for when I need to make a somewhat urgent call regarding something.

That's good to hear. That's my only gripe right now with this rom, and has made me think about switching to another rom in the mean time.

Been having major problems lately.

1. My camera only takes one pic at a time then it either freezes for a minute then sends me back to the launcher or it sends me directly to the launcher after I take the pic.

2. Gallery shuts down unexpectedly

3. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and my battery has stopped charging at 70% and my battery is hot

4. Launcher has slowed down a lot

Any advice or fixes?

I've reverted back to 12.3.2 until the 12.18 comes out, 12.11.0 is too buggy for me, and I found that apps that i had on my previous ROM when i restored my system settings kept popping up on my main screen over my actual apps. No matter what I did, they kept popping up, and some of my apps wouldn't even show!

Now 12.3.2 has a media FC. I love being a beta tester.

I experienced a recent doubling or ghosting of apps and widgets on my droid as well. I didn't immediately notice it until I saw my Beautiful Widgets time display was messed up. I attempted to delete the widget, but another one appeared beneath it. I then noticed that every app had a ghost app beneath it. Performance was also suffering. After wiping the launcher data it was fine, it hasn't done it again.

Guys, there are now(at least on 0.12.11) launcher settings in the program tabs, if you deselect hi-res graphics, the launcher no longer lags. It says to select to increase performance, but I think its a typo. I can't really tell any difference in the looks of my homescreens.

I kinda had that happen to me. I had a widget that it wouldn't even let me delete haha. Finally got it though.

i'm gonna wait for the next release.. but i'm itching to go back to BB or another rom. i'm running out of patience for miui.. sad 'cause it's a damn good rom.
