remove from /system/app and then redownload from market

What is the easiest way of doing this. A little hesitant because last time I did this with another app I ended up in a boot loop and had to resort to sbf, no fun!

I used root explorer navigate to the /system/app folder click mount up top...delete gmail apk reboot and download from market

What kernels u guys using? My phone supports ULV Chevy kernels on all other Roms except this one. What is working better for u guys? Chevy or Slayher.. And what types?

ex. Chevy 1.1Ghz 9-23-10
ex. LFY Slayher 1.1Ghz

Oh lol. Sorry I get no sleep. I dont see why they would. Their servers are gonna get smashed for a few hours though. That's usually how long it takes for the dl speeds to speed up on google code.
