P3 Says Won't Be Releasing Soon

Yeah really gettin' pissed off. Don't any of these companies see or care about all the blog articles and forum threads going back and forth and back and forth about what's going on? Don't they see the anger and care to set it straight? I absolutely hate when this happens, with anything. Stop playing all secretive and join along with the rest of the carriers. At the very least, give us a date and don't just give us that crap, pointless sign-up page that won't benefit us until the day it's released or something. So freakin' weird..

The UK version of the Nexus is different than the US version.

Verizon does not have a release date yet for the US version.

I tend to favor danceswithbongs opinion on this, reason being the lack of any bug reports by p3droid.

Ultimately we all want the same thing...release date and price.

BBC I didn't realize you own mydroidworld and are clearly connected to P3. I think that in this light it becomes quite understandable that you would vehemently defend P3. Also I imagine that you benefit monetarily as well, the more popular P3 is the more traffic on your multiple websites which under the current paradigm translates into greater ad revenue. I have no dog in this fight, while it is now very clear that you do. How much of a hassle in Verizon's return policy? If this doesn't release by November, I may get the Razr or the Regag, and then return it by January 9th. How and when do I get my money back? What if the phone has a scratch or scuff from being dropped?

After reading some more info, I'm gonna personally go with the 25th (Black Friday) release. I may be wrong, but more people are pointing to that date.

I appreciate your points, but they are based on logical rational thinking. Purchases, regardless of what you may consciously think, are rarely governed the same way.
There is a good reason that the cliché, There's No Such Thing As Bad Press, is a cliché.

Well said, and I know that there was some learning about, using and knowledge dropping of ICS at Verizon stores last week.
I have also been holding to Black Friday being the last of possible release dates, but I am leaning towards the Tuesday of the same week.
