Exactly. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I gave up on that one and called VZW's tech, and they advised a complete "wipe" of the phone. The person said there was a fix coming sometime soon. That was a couple of weeks ago, and I have had absolutely no problems since I did as they recommended.
