Ok so i got my phone Monday the 26th. So its been an awesome phone but ive had one problem, it just started today this after noon. My phone just shuts off randomly, and nothing happens unless i pull the impossible to get out battery and put it back in. The first time it froze today all i could see was the main wallpaper. Couldn't move it or anything. Turned it off. And wouldn't go back on till i pulled the battery. Is there an easy fix? Since its within the 14 days, should i call up and have them send me another one?
Also i wanted to know if anyones got a really good case. Or have the invisible shield by zagg. Bcuz i ordered that.
