Problems with Voice Recognition

I am having some problems with the voice search recognizing some of my words. I can understand it stumbling on "Jean" or "Cell" but it also stumbles on "Brenda" and others. I want to say it worked better under GB than ICS but I had GB for such a short time that I'm not sure that is true.

Anyway...I can't find any options to help train it better. Am I missing it or is that not available?

Oh the "Personalized Recognition" option is checked under the Voice Search settings.

I am having the same type of issues now with ICS. I did not have them on GB. I will keep an eye on this thread as well for any help.
