so I went into the menu and did everything.. are things better??? too early to tell. I just got the extended battery yesterday so I can't say if battery life is better. I noticed my Gallery doens't work now but the older style one does the 3-d one I downloaded from droid-life or XDA can't remeber. would this other gallery app be the reason why the old gallery doens't work??? My 4G isn't any better but I actually think my 3G is worse.

Same here I installed all the mods under option 3 I believe. and my battery seems to be draining faster. I also have the extended battery. Am I doing something wrong?

Same here my batter is getting hammered. Which options did you choose in the powerboost menu?

Not sure. I have the 1percent battery mod and I can literally watch the battery go down ..

yeah having the same battery drain issues. Sitting on 3 hrs off charger and down to 45%. and i've barely used it.

with my BRAND new day old extended battery only made it to 4pm after taking it off the charger at 8am. made 2 very short calls. checked 2 websites less than 5 minutes each. sent 3 texts. played world war 2x. loaded the rom and did a backup. also loaded QQ launcher. the rest of the time it just sat there... why would it die so quickly?

For those having trouble running script #2 do this. Create a backup folder under sdcard/ unthrottle. The go to jar/ bionic and rename reblurred. To UNL3ASH3D then rename v1.5 to v1.2X then go back into powerboost run script 2 reboot and your done.

well This forum is useless. the real help is at rootzwiki here is from a post and it fixed my problems... hopefully my battery problems are fixed too.

Hope this helps ...from 3 pages ago. i'll translate:
1. Copy/paste the /unthrottle folder from /sdcard-ext to /sdcard
2. Go to /sdcard/unthrottle/jar_files/Bionic
3. Rename /[R3]BLURR3D to /UNL3ASH3D
4. Go to /sdcard/unthrottle/jar_files/Bionic/UNL3ASH3D
5. Rename /v1.5 to /v1.2X
6. Run the script as previously stated.

Why was bootstarap removeD? and the unthrottle folder i cant find it ... is not there i think the first rom was the best.. they removed the task manager which was great thing ... ! i wish it was kept there... why remove it.! but other than that is all good!

powerboost.. what does it do. I skipped the Busybox install because it failed. no problems. however again WHAT IS POWERBOOST?

From what I read, its a CPU governor. I don't know if that means we can OC the CPU but that's what it sounds like.

Can't be certain, but based on this explanation here, it looks to be a script that improves 3G data performance.
