[Release] D1-MIUI-0.11.26.1

Well I gave up. I tried to use this release but I went back to 0.11.19. Too many little bugs. I'll wait until the new port is a little more mature. I don't mind trying new things, but I need to be functional at work. I will try the next release though. I think MIUI has a great deal of promise-more than any other rom so far. Don't get me wrong-I appreciate all the hard work everyone puts into their roms and I have used many of them. It's just that this is SO different from everything else. Maybe some of the other rom developers can use aspects of MIUI in their roms and make the ultimate killer rom! I wish I had the time to learn how to build roms myself, but with a wife, 2 kids and my mom at home, and working 50-60 hours a week there just isn't enough time in a day do do everything. Keep up the great work!!!

Yeah I really love some of the changes in 11.26 but I still can't get it to run stable, plus the fact that it seems to make my phone run a little hot 11.19 has done everything I need it too.

I get all my apps into folders after reinstalling all my apps and the phone literally freezes after the time of getting everything down into 3 home screens (I have like 9 screens of apps lol). Even a restart it's almost impossible to get pass the lock screen

Keep up the great work, I know future releases have more in store for everyone :)

Also a sidenote, Has anyone looked at the notification panel in landscape mode?

Is it just me or is there a rendering glitch at the very bottom of the panel? I'll screenshot it if someone would like me to elaborate.

UD in steadily implementing bits of MIUI into it's ROM. Has the drag and drop delete on the homescreen, the batter icon, and the MIUI lock screen controls(phone and messaging). Hopefully they're coming up with the actual lockscreen as well.
That's what I had before Miui. UD is really slick but the draw fo MIUI was too great to resist! ;)

New to miui and I was wandering if there was a way to disable or workaround the default messanger counter? I have looked and have not found any definitive answer on if this is possible? Even when I go to set the application defaults there is not an option for messenger only browser? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you use the stock messenger app? If not, go into the stock app, hit the menu and change the notification to off. That should accomplish what you want.

help.. my miui music seems to have generated a playlist from every single audio file it could find... even old visual voicemails that i've deleted are in there! and some ringtones... obviously i would like it to just be my music! any help? thanks!

Phone locks up when on usb. It's always on charging when I clicked data and charging in settings. Any ideas? Also i don't seem to have a voice apk . Tried to use something that required it and no dice.

It's not a performance issue, its but a hardware issue, D1s are only capable of 10% increments.

There is no reason why you couldn't calculate the percent remaining by looking at the battery voltage. I don't think its worth a lot of programming time but would like to see this for the d1, too.

Its sad, I like this so much that other ROMs seem plain. Its more sad that it runs slow for me and I get constant soft reboots even on the stock kernel. :(

thats extremely tragic. i think you need to keep trying lol. this is actually faster on my phone than most other roms. its almost a sin to THINK about going back to another rom

Yeah, I thought that it might have just been the slayher kernel I was running, but it doesn't appear to be. I keep getting soft reboots along with crippling screen redraws on ADW and Zeam (as well as general slowness/lag when switching screens).

Here is the fix for the ADW/Launcher Pro redraw. Should fix that issue: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/bu...draw-launcherpro-adw-credit-samsonite801.html. It is a terminal command.

that fix is already incorporated into the rom because it helps fix any launcher redraw

also just remember this is still beta as far as the chinese are concerned, and with weekly updates it will continue to get better and better :)

Oh, really? Didn't know that. I just it worked better than the "keep home in memory" selection on most ROMs but MIUI could be different. I haven't ran it in a while. Causes my phone to get a little warm but I wish other ROMs would incorporate some of this into their ROMs. UD is steadily going so but I can't use their ROMs so...
But the lockscreen is amazing!
