I have looked and I will ask again, is there a way to backup both SMS and MMS messages from say a Project Elite rom and import them to MIUI? I have used SMS backup and restore but that only works for SMS but I haven't found a way to import my titanium backups of MMS messages. Any help would be appreciated cause I like MIUI but i have some MMS messages that I would like to keep, its my only stopper for not completely switching to MIUI.

you can use savemms to pull graphics/audio/video from the mms' but not the whole messages. anyways that app is free from the market

So I've been looking around the boards and still can't find an answer. For changing ringtones, I'm not sure I want to mess with the build.prop file, and Astro won't let me (the settings for set as ringtone are greyed out). What other apps will allow me to change the phone's ringtone?

trying to change my lock screen image...is the lock screen gallery option gone from this release?i see wall paper gallery but no lock screen gallery....

menu > settings > wallpaper. it's there.

Yes the default images for lockscreen are there..but the gallery for a custom image is not..

I click lockscreen wallpaper an it only takes me to the default images...I rem a previous release when I clicked it it would give me an option to choose a pic from gallery..when I click wallpaper it does give me this option I have three options there wallpaper,live wallpaper,gallery...unfortantly noseeing this for lockscreen for my rom for some reason...

If you're using the new MIUI3d gallery for some its not allowing you to choose a pic from you gallery for the lock screen.

Yeah I had that problem so I extracted the original back from miui zip on sd and pushed back to system. I don't think the quick load is worth the sacrifice of not being able to change lockscreen wallpaper

i reverted back to the old gallery cause the new one was loading all my videos and getting hung up and not loading all the pictures but the old one just loads the pictures and it actually fast.....i was able to change my ringtone using zedge.....my led notification works with sms or mms just not missed call but i can sacrifice it cause theis version 11.26.1 works awesome on my droid, very fast and i love it, i am using original kernel and i love the theme changer and lock screen, the 30 sec mod for lockscreen rocks i can enjoy my miui music player.............kudos.........
