Rhapsody beta

I am excited about Rhapsody being on my Droid. I was about to cancel my subscription simply because I couldn't get my music on my Droid. Still playing with it. Waiting to see if I can use it as an mp3 player or not.

I am a rhapsody subscriber, and downloaded this.
Everything transfered over my library, playlists.
But it only plays 30 seconds of each song, am I doing something wrong?

Mine has been doing that some, too. It is almost like you have clicked on a scan button for the music. It seems to straighten out after a few songs, but then it sometimes randomly starts doing it again. Next time it does it, I will sign out and sign back in. Hopefully, that will resolve it.

I just got it, it works great, my main complaint so far is there is not an option to remember your password, which sucks, because if I log in and use it on my pc at home, I have to log in again when I want to use it on my phone. Hopefully this will be fixed in the final release. On another note, a friend of mine got it on his i Phone, he had to pay an extra couple of bucks to use it mobile. I hope they don't pull that on us...we shall see.

UPDATE**
I am no longer experiancing the password issue, very cool app, and solid for a beta. If you already subscribe, get it.

I have used them side by side simultaneously and have never logged off the phone since I got it. I did have to log out, log back into the desktop app to see any changes made using the mobile app. Unless something has changed it will be $14.99 - a TO GO subscription.

Just installed - looking forward to seeing how it works - been wanting this app since I got my Droid. I've subscribed to Rhapsody To-Go for about a year now using the Ibiza.

I use it all the time. They are really on top of keeping this app humming along with timely updates that help and don't harm. Getting my moneys worth from the TO-GO like never before.

I agree, I have been using it daily since it came out, they have specifically responded to issues and requests I made so that's also great. It also scrobbles to Last.fm if you use the simple last.fm scrobbler app which is a double bonus for me :)

There are some interface issues I wish they would address such as sorting albums by year or release, the multiple screens you have to go through to get to tracks from an album and the weird way the queue works sometimes but all in all it's really great to have and to have access to most songs I want to hear whenever I want.

I love, love, love my Rhapsody on my Droid, but suddenly almost EVERY song only plays a few seconds and then skips to the next one. It is like listening to a radio on scan. It is driving me CRAZY! :icon_eek:

Anyone know how to stop this? I have turned off the phone and restarted it. I have re-downloaded the 3/20 update, everything! Do I need to uninstall the latest update, or is there one I am missing. What is going on?

If you check the same song on your online acct, did that track get limited to a 30-second clip?

Sometimes it happens with their music... 1 day it'll be a full track, the next it'll be 30-seconds due to licensing issues.
