"After Forever" is a song from Black Sabbath on their Master of Reality album. Does anyone know what the song is about and why it's so bizarre for Black Sabbath? Crap I found a video but I can't post it because of the language.

It talks about the afterlife and salvation, and if I remember right really sounds like it's saying Christ/God is the way to salvation after death.

By definition that goes against who Black Sabbath was

Yep. That's exactly right. It talks about God, Christ, and salvation. You'd never know it by the music.
