Rock and Roll Trivia

Ok - "Kill 'em All" came from Cliff Burton referring to distributors who didn't like what they were doing, or how they were doing something (can't remember exactly, maybe the original album title, below), and Cliff supposedly said in passing "We should just kill 'em all". It was originally supposed to be named Metal Up Your Ass with a picture of a toilet with a blade coming up from inside, but the label didn't like that. :)

Wow, that is weird. My friend was just telling me yesterday about a Metallica shirt he wore in high school that had that picture and title on it. His teachers would make him go home and take it off, LOL. What an awesomely brutal conincendence. \m/

Okay, here's another one (not Metallica related).

Who is the most awesomest, bad arse drummer in the world?? Hint, he was heavily influenced by the author Ayn Rand.

lol, i swear i didn't look that up... i just know he's one of the best ever

i love rush, but the lead singer grades on me after awhile... he needs to sound more like james hetfield :D... but their music is awesome

More lyrics. Name the band/song.

"It's good to warm my bones beside the fire"

Nobody knows this one??? Thought hookbill and DessoThumbs would eat that one up.

Wow, one line of lyric, and yes it's familiar. Give me another line of lyrics and I'll have it.

Preceding line. "And when I come home cold and tired."

Also, after review I would say the backward intro Metallica song is The Shortest Straw.

"After Forever" is a song from Black Sabbath on their Master of Reality album. Does anyone know what the song is about and why it's so bizarre for Black Sabbath? Crap I found a video but I can't post it because of the language.
