Yay I finally got my email to synch. What worked is clearing data for Gmail and restarting the phone. Man that was driving me crazy. Also so far I've noticed that this ROM runs much smoother than Axion. I can't report on battery life yet as I have it plugged in to get everything configured since I ran down my battery to 17%. Will report on that later. So far so good; like this ROM.

I don't know what your usage patterns have been or if you've messed with clearing your battery stats but you might try clearing them out and starting fresh. I would charge overnight and clear battery stats in the morning.

I would wait to clear battery stats until the morning. Then use it all day tomorrow and run it down to 0%. Then recharge and you'll be good to go.

To get rid of the shutter noise, use the included file manager or root explorer and navigate to the following: system > media > audio > ui. Find camera_click.ogg and rename it camera_click.ogg.bak and you'll be good.
