I flashed the 1/16 build.

• Can receive MMS via stock messaging app
• Can't send MMS via stock messaging app or Go SMS ("invalid address")
• Can receive calls with bluetooth on/off or locked/unlocked, but no phone audio with bluetooth on

So the black screen call bug is gone? Did you try GoSMS for MMS?

This is the first 10.1 build I've tried, so I didn't experience the black screen call bug before. I just noticed that in the thread and thought I'd give it a try, couldn't reproduce.

** Unless phone is set to vibrate: incoming phone call will end up at black screen with repeating ringer audio (crashed) [needs hard reset to fix usually] **

Tested Rom today in Italy
-no bug find on call reception ( no black screan with or without sound )
-black screan bug find with alarm
-bug find in 2G connection, edge and gprs don't startup with data enable (all possible setting also with national data roming enabled), with 3G work well

my changes in build.prop configuration:

telephony.lteOnCdmaDevice=0
ro.telephony.default_network=3
ro.telephony.gsm-routes-us-smsc = 0
ro.mot.phonemode.vzw4gphone=1
ro.mot.phonemode.vzwglobalphone=1
ro.mot.lte_on_cdma=0

and i test with
ro.mot.eri=1

and with
ro.mot.eri=0
