hmm...its been at the boot animation screen for quite a while. how long till i should try a battery pull?

took about 2-3 minutes for me after the initial flash, if its longer then that there''s probably something wrong and reflash should fix it

Crap. I waited 10+ minutes and it never got past the boot animation, so I did a battery pull. I waited another 10 or so minutes...still the same thing. Now I'm on my third try...still stuck at boot animation. Is there a way to boot into CWM fresh after a battery pull (e.g. holding 'X' on the D1 or whatever it was)?

edit: nevermind figured it out (theres only so many button combinations lol)

Yes hold both volume keys and the power button down and then select Recovery with the volume keys on the fastboot screen

I got into CMW and reflashed doing the exact same steps and it worked the second time around. Why are phones so temperamental!? Well good news is it solved my problem with copying files...for the most part. The GNex still doesnt like me to copy large quantities of files...such as my entire Titanium backup backup :/

Just updated from 1.6. Man, I leave for a few days, and dt posts up a whole new version! Well done, sir. AXIOM is super quick so far. I'll update if I find any issues, not that that is very likely :)

Edit: p.s. I didn't format user data and everything seems fine. Can't remember if that was recommended or not

I installed the rom but cannot get the blackened theme to apply any ideas??

I had the same issue, and are you using the stock launcher? I if you are then it should work. If you are using nova or something other than stock, the theme will not apply to all of the menus.

Take a look at your SMS... Is it black? I if so it worked. You will notice some of your pop-up menus will be black in nova etc.. All main menus will not be afftect if you aren't using stock launcher.

few question

The rom includes a secondary launcher i assume by the fact in has a downloadable link for the stock launcher. problem is stock launcher link doesnt work. I want a full blackout rom to get rid of the ugly grey. When i apply the blackened theme as previously stated the submenus are still grey, Is that because the launcher is not stock as suggested by previous poster?

Ok, so this ROM is stupid fast...I'm loving that. I'm finally OCed at 1350 and my GNex doesnt seem to mind it. I finally got GWallet and my free $10 :icon_ banana:

But...
Market auto-update doesn't work. Thats super annoying considering I'm having problems copying my TB backups back to the GNex's storage.
When I go to App drawer>app drawer settings>Trebuchet settings and click "Dock" or "Icons", nothing happens. I imagine those aren't on the list for no reason, so what gives?

Thats all I've got so far. I haven't had much time to play around with it yet though. Good work, regardless. I love having battery percentage in the battery icon. Why can't Google just add that as a standard feature?

UPDATE:
- signal strength seems to have actually gotten worse. I was on stock 4.0.2 b4. For the first time "cell standby" is showing as one of the top users of the battery at a whopping 12% of the time with no signal. And I am at the same place every day, all day...my desk at the lab at school. I go nowhere else from after breakfast until before bed every day, so there's no way it could be anything besides the ROM/kernel (maybe a 0.1% chance of local tower issues).

battery life is...very odd. When I'm using the phone, its absolutely horrid. It drops 1% every 1-2 minutes. In the screenshot below, the first drop after I took it off the charger at 100% was a 25% drop in ~20 minutes. After that, I put the phone down and started working again. I checked it again 10 minutes later and it WENT UP 2%! During standby/sleep, battery life is great. During use its...unbearable.

Lous kernel is awesome on this rom. Flashed it and my Google video rental works now.

All around seems smoother too. Usually a big fan of IMO kernels. I'm liking smooth stable kernel that Lou built though.
