I can't wait for Build 12, I am hoping it helps revive my Droid for a little longer so I can hold out for either the GSII or Bionic...
My screen has begun to go all crazy on me and not work sometimes (usually when really humid). It'll press buttons on weird spots or do multitouch stuff when I am only touching in one spot or just simply not accept any touch input what-so-ever.
Don't want any of the high-end phones right now... Love my Droid! I still would like to use it as a media player when I get the new phone if it still works! Has anyone built a cut-back ROM for this use yet? =)
Dumb question here. Gmail has been updated in the market but it doesn't seem to show up for us as we installed via the Google Apps zip. What's the correct process for updating Gmail?

it shows up fine for me also, the only problem is that if running this rom then Gmail installs to /system/app by default when the google apps are installed. When Gmail installs from the market, it will install to /data/app. This may or may not cause problems. It has for me with other apps though. So by flashing the Gmail update I posted above, then gmail is in /system/app only. I think you could probably use root explorer to move it from /data/app, to /system/app and reset permissions also..
above the download links in the OP, or at end of the OP there is a link to the changelog on github..
but here it is since you asked..
> Galaxy Widget now disappears after a reboot, if you choose not to use it
> init.d support has been added to the ROM
> Option to use lockscreen music controls
> Option to always display lockscreen music controls
> Music controls should work with all apps, [pandora, google music, stock music, etc.]
lol yes, I forgot to mention this in the OP, It was discovered last night after the pre-lim tests went out to select people, and that was the only thing found, so I didn't think it was worth it to scratch another ROM upload and then upload it again. So consider it a flaw because the ROM is *BETA* lol, and consider it fixed for Build 13..
