That is beautiful, now some notes for build 10 which is close to being finished

don't worry about changing ANY text colors they are all controlled via DCS with build 10, so you can change them to anything you want, which makes your themeing a lot easier my friend.. trying to clean up some code, and add a few more things before we release build 10, but the versions of 10 ive been running over the past few days is a beauty..

JayR, you will also need to open up apps like phone and music to change their notification colors. Hit me up if you need a hand finding them.

heres a preview, i still have some stock images in the framework and a big mix of blue left over, but you get the point..lol

well wouldnt you know it! lol soon as i figure it out, you go and make it easy on me...seriously though thanks!...however i am glad i learned the info along the way...not sure if it will ever be handy again lol but we will see...anxiously awaiting build 10 woodyman!

teddy-- im sorry im not familiar with the gold theme you have mentioned...

i dont know how my gold theme will stack up, as there have been many great themers in and out of these forums..

all i can say as of now is that my gold theme will be 98% original...

i already have some plans for a couple of images from cuttalot's old 24k theme(i think xkape was keeping that one alive for a while)

anywho...ill take a look at your files and see what you got going on..thanks

im assuming that with build 10 i will need to port the framework, and settings.apk...

have any of the other apps changed since 9 ?

You will need a full build 10 framework and the settings. Also don't include services.jar in your themes.

All things that you would change, ticker color, clock, etc. That are in services are now in dcs.

yeah i knew that...i thought there may be a different reason...

so if i wanted to be nice and set those colors to my text color as a default, then that would be ok right?

Lol no worries. I've only so far been woodys help with ideas and what should and should nots. My work is still in the coding stage. Frustraiting as all hell. But it should be ready soon. I hope :/

i am nearing the end of editing on the framework of the gold theme...

I gave this rom a shot and really like it. I hope for the next build you include a silent option that turns off vibrate. rotary lock screen would also be nice.
