Weird issue with background

I installed a live wallpaper and decided I didn't like it so I switched back to the image that I was previously using and when I returned to the home screen the wallpaper was the image of the woman from the Droid Concepts wallpapers. I thought I may have done something wrong so I tried to change it back but the woman was still there. I had to reboot the phone before my original wallpaper would reappear. Tried to duplicate this and sometimes the background would change to the woman and sometimes the image behind the lock screen would be the woman while my wallpaper was the correct image. Anybody else have anything like this happening?

i've seen something similar happen to mine once...but since i was messing around trying to get my theme the way i want it i laid it off to somehitng i done. i haven't really been concerned about it yet

It's happened to me on a few different occasions on various roms. In my case, I believe it was adw launcher that was causing it. I'm not 100% sure of that, but I think that was it.

Good call. I'd put my money on ADW, since it saves your desktop configuration. (Well, maybe not quite right after a reread.)

You might be able to test this by restarting ADW from within its settings.

I can't reproduce the error now. I have been using ADW for a long time and haven't seen this error before so I don't think that it is the cause but who knows. I had lowered the VM heap size to 16 recently so maybe that is what caused it. I now have VM heap set at 24 and everything seems to be running smoothly. Looking forward to build 11!

I had problems with ADW after the last couple of updates (why i'm on LP now). My widgets would not update at all, Beautiful Weather time was wrong, SetCPU wouldn't update temps, Mini Info was all jacked up as well.

Since leaving ADW for LP I have not experienced any of those problems. ADW is nice w/ all of the customization, but I think it might be getting a little too much for these phones to handle.

Great ROM and im finally revisting from the SD days...

Im on the latest build and dont know if this is happening to anyone else...

My sound settings are going back to default after every reboot. So I would set it to vibrate and reboot and it will be set back to ring (which i assume is the dfault).

Under CPU settings I have my max and min CPU Frequency set but whenever I reboot my phone the max always goes back to 600 MHz. Is there a way to change it to have it always at 800 or 1GHz or do I have to manually change it everytime?

This was fixed in 10.5. But if you weren't on the mailing list, you didn't get it. And as far as I know, it's not publicly available.

I'd say PM Woodyman and ask real nice, or wait for 11 to drop

awesome awesome rom. ive tried many GB roms, and this is by far the best way to run a droid, with d1 hardware (256 mb ram), froyo runs best, came from sourcery froyo, good rom but a lot of bloat, this is lightweight and fast. and its one of the more recently updated froyo roms, cant wait for v11.

I've been using this rom since ver. 8 I think. It's the best one I've used. It almost makes me wish I want leaving this phone since it rubs so smooth now. But my incredible 2 is already on it's way.

Woody, Davros,

Do we have any shot at the LED's getting fixed in v11? I'm loving the ROM but now the LED going on for missed calls and not working right for text messages is really starting to nag at me. <grin>

It's the only items remaining on my list for virtual nirvana so I'm crossing my fingers.... At the very least if I could just kill the missed messaged LED (the option is there but it's ignored) that would hold me over.
