[ROM] [ROM] Droid Concepts Froyo Releases [BETA versions]

nothing was done with leds in build 11, it was mostly fixes and finishing things up and one new feature. But look for it starting to appear in 12

Woody, Davros,

Do we have any shot at the LED's getting fixed in v11? I'm loving the ROM but now the LED going on for missed calls and not working right for text messages is really starting to nag at me. <grin>

It's the only items remaining on my list for virtual nirvana so I'm crossing my fingers.... At the very least if I could just kill the missed messaged LED (the option is there but it's ignored) that would hold me over.

If you don't mind me asking. When was 11 released? I didn't get the email and pretty sure I signed up for the mailings. Heck I didn't even know there was a 10.5. Lol

Just a heads up, it helps to follow the DC twitter and be on the mailing list, I posted build 10.5 link on twitter last night, and mailing list might get 11 before others.. ;) So if you havn't sign up on the DC site, and follow us on twitter @DroidConcepts.. :)

No need to wipe coming from 10 to 10.5 it only includes an updated DCS so its a small zip and no reason to wipe at all.. so you can save your themes.. ;)

Bootloop at the logo happened to me too with 10.5. Pulled battery and rebooted and all was good. Immediately noticed CPU clock settings were what I'd been setting and losing after rebooting. Sweet!

2 years and people still don't know how to flash a ROM haha...

you've had your phone for two years so i'm supposed to know that when woodyman posts a link to a rom on twitter that it was only an update to the last rom?

especially when he says in the post right after that there's "no need to wipe." that sounds as though a wipe isn't necessary but could be done for those of us who like to wipe between builds to avoid having problems.

Don't wipe before applying the 10.5 patch, it's not a full rom, it's just a patch for 10... I've had mine long enough to know a rom is typically 80MB, not 236k, of course not everyone may pick up on that. I can see where there may be some confusion based on his twitter post.

Yes I'm sorry for that post, I didn't realize it at the time either but I defiantly see where one would want to wipe just to be safe because that is what I do every-time as well. I'll try to pay more attention to avoid any confusion next time.

on a more positive note a mail out is on its way to all those on the mailing list it just might be Build 11!

Just sent out a mailing so if you were signed up for the mailing list as of 9:00 am this morning July 2nd you should receive an email soon from me, So if you signed up before 9:00 am this morning and don't receive it please check your spam folders and if you still don't have then email me and let me know, also I noticed some people signed up more than once on the mailing list I deleted all duplicates that I found while looking through, so if you get a duplicate please let me know so I can fix that. Thanks for being apart of the mailing list everyone! :)
