I have no idea what thats means. You must be talking about the ota gb because every other gb file needs cw to be flashed. Once you flash one of those leaks, cw will still be there. If you take the ota, you'll lose root anyway so you would have to sbf and flash a leak.

Try using the D2 Bootstrapper to get to CW. It was mentioned a lot above your post. You did install the rooted version of GB, correct?

Once I install part 1 I go back(still in recovery) and install part2. Once done I reboot, at that point I can't get into CW anymore

You need the D2 Bootstrapper...

1. Your phone is running the 2.3.340 official Froyo Firmware.
2. Your phone has been rooted.
3. Your phone is using the Droid2 Bootstrap program (Do Not Use DroidX Bootstrap). <-------------- :icon_eek:
4. Download both PART1 and PART2 files from above – drop them on SD card.
5. Bootstrap into recovery.
6. Install PART1, followed by PART2 without rebooting.

You can get it for free on Koush's website (and other places, just google it). He has said that he doesn't care as long as you had purchased the one for the DX before.

Yeah that was a big oversight. I read else where not to use the Droid2, my cost my bad, just now at the root option again

Ok I got it, but I had to one more step or these steps are backwards or it was just mine phone.
1) Root your phone
2) Install bootstrap recovery
2) Make sure you are on Gingerbread 4.5.596
I installed the boostrap then once I installed GB I had to install the boostrap again or CW didn't come up.

Look for ArcticSliceGB, OreoSliceGB and storm Shadow ultimate. I'm on ArcticSliceGB and its great.

There will be plenty of themes soon enough, there has always been many color option for the previous versions of Liberty. I don't see why this one would be any different.

Oreo Slice is pretty amazing. I'm gonna try Arctic Slice later. thanks. also if I ever wanted to go back would I just reflash LGB 0.7? what would that do to other system settings?

I'm still having problems with Google Music Beta playing on Liberty v0.7. I have tried with using customizer with aosp music, blur music or none at all. All with wiping and fresh reload in between. I can play music stored on my sdcard, but it will force close if I try to stream the music, both on 3G and WiFi. If there is a solution I missed in my searching, I appologize.
