So has anybody had more issues with outlook exchange? 1.5 was supposed to fix it, but I still can't connect...HELP:icon_eek:

I am getting an error when I try to install the blur alarm from the add ons.
Anyone else getting this?
I really like that alarm, so if someone has a fix for this, that would be great.

Do u know how to use terminal??? Unzip the attached and put the apk on the root of ur SDCARD, and open Terminal and type the following~

sysrw
cp /sdcard/BlurAlarmClock.apk /system/app
sync

I had a similar problem with the Galery3d.apk, I just used RootExplorer sysrw, copied the apk to the system\app folder, and set permissons on the apk to rw-r--r-- from RootExplorer.

Reboot device, and all was good for me.

You could of just downloaded Gallery3D from the market.... its the same thing and saves room in ur system folder~

Couple of questions.

I flashed this yesterday afternoon and so far I am liking and figuring things out.

When I run Titanium Backup there are a bunch of apps listed at the bottom where the app icon has been removed and there is a line through the app.

I unfroze all my apps before flashing this and TB said everything was OK so I proceed to flash Liberty. Anyone experience the same thing and if so is this normal or supposed to happen?

Also I used THB 3G Hot Spot hack (I know hack might not be the right word to use here), anyhow now the app is completely gone from my phone, once again is this normal, can I get it back and if so how?

troutbeck27: that's titanium telling you that it has backups of those in it's folder, but you don't have the actual programs installed. (The ones with the lines through them that is).

Liking liberty quite a bit so far, I do miss the charging light, it's a small thing but it would be sweet if it would work in the next version. What are people using for voicemail? No voicemail in the app drawer anymore.

watermarked 1.5

Just installed from Liberty 1.0 . Absolutely no problems or hick-ups! Everything is working great for me! Thanks for a great rom!

A few things,
1 I installed watermarked and everything is there except the bottom home screen bar, (phone apps web) has stayed on liberty theme, (yellow icons). Is there a way to change this?
2 some people say they don't have any keyboard lights, i say lucky, wish i could disable mine.
3 Seams to be running just as smooth as Liberty 1.0 cant tell much difference other than a LOT more custimazation. any thoughts

There was one for Liberty 1.0 but the developers have not responded to say if we can use that patch they posted. So for now I downloaded the VM from the Market and it seems to be working ok.

Yeah, I just added a shortcut to *86 on my main screen, takes a couple touches to dial which is kind of irritating.. Which VM app did you download?

Wow you guys have made it way harder than it needs to be...lol

Step 1: Get a voicemail
Step 2: Pull down notification and click on the voicemail notification
Step 3: Enter your vm password

Alternatively,

Step 1: Open dialer and press and hold 1.
Step 2: There really isn't a step 2 other than entering your password

Ah, did not know voicemails would show up in the notification bar. That makes a difference! Thanks.
