Thanks for the awesome work!! I tried the Purity 2.4 out, although I found myself really wanting some features from Blur that I got used to. So I went back to the SHIFT3R 2.3. With that being said, I would love to be able to get the Camera from Purity 2.4 on my SHIFT3R. Is there any way to do this? The camera seemed so much better than the one on SHIFT3R.

I saw this post I commented, talking about the frankencamera, would this be the way to go?

Argh! Just saw this from my post before.. sounds like I can't get this camera on my 2.3 shift3r.

So let me shift my question the opposite way. Is there any way to get a Blur-like theme on the 2.4 Purity?

The main things I was looking for were:

1) Lighter theme (the dark on dark is just too dark for me)
2) Blur email/calendar application (specifically the conference call features to be able to dial conference calls directly, I use this all day long and is AWESOME)

Those were really my biggest complaints as to why I went back to 2.3.

Although the camera on 2.3 doesn't seem nearly as nice as the 2.4.

Argh! So close to perfect!

Are you trying to do the Unthrottle mod? What verizon naturally does is they start to slow down your data connection once they think you've reached alot of usage. What untrottled does, is it prevents verizon from throttleing you and you wont get slowed down. If you read the Original Post (OP) you'll see how you can do it.

First time poster here....I have had my Bionic for a little over a week now and have to say that rooting and installing the Purity from The3ory has made me addicted to this phone. Your work is amazing! This is the first phone I have rooted but I think I have caught on quick. I followed all the steps for installing the Purity base and decided to go with the IC3. Absolutely love it -- have had two problems however. Corporate Sync will not work and says it can't connect to the server. Also, only a few of my contacts came through. Any help on what I might have done wrong would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey guys i installed the purity 2.4 successfully but theres one issue that I have, when I try to share my contact with someone else through text the texting icon doesn't show up only email does, is there a way to fix this ?

If your contacts were in verizon you'll need to go to thier website and export them and import into gmail and then save all new contacts to gmail rather than phone

I had the same thing. Just rebooted and wiped battery stats fixed it
