Calcification if you may please :)
Ok.. another replacement..
1. I used v2 for3v3r root.
2. Loaded base and flashed tpax

I never used cheesecake or flashed any .xxx what ever.. Just what Th3ory ROM is based on.

Question.. Do I need to? Our is it in the rom. I'm still having connection issues.. Sourounded by lte, but 3g tower 200 yards away fighting my bionic.

Update... I have HIFT3R 98%. There is one UI issue that needs to be handled. [P]URITY is right there also, I have one mod I am determined to get in.

Busy week this week so my time has been limited.

Can't wait for [P]URITY 2.5. Great work Th3ory! I know you have a LOT of things you are working on (esp. with ICS code drop), but I wonder if there is any way to include the MotoBlur Alarm Clock in a mod for [P]URITY? I really like the clock (mainly the ramping alarm volume) from Blur, just don't like the bloat of blur. Trying some cheesy apps from the market, but would feel much better knowing the Clock/Alarm was embedded. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

You can use Root Explorer and drop the blur alarm into /system/app. Set the permissions to rw-r-r and reboot.

They would look like ....

The radio update has to be done when you are stock and update with cheesecake or others have posted the updates in various threads with a flashable zip. Theory does not require this update....but if you are having issues with the radio....probably would be a good idea to try.

got a question about update. I understand what it is and how to do it Im not so much having the data problem although I do as much as battery drain. I havent herd any really bragging about data issue or battery an wondering if its worth doing. Iwould try when we get next update from DT and just wipe everything because you have to for update if it really will help.

If your contacts were in verizon you'll need to go to thier website and export them and import into gmail and then save all new contacts to gmail rather than phone

Thanks for the tip..I will give that a shot. Any thoughts on my corporate sync issue? Thanks!

I've read s few things about people wanting apps from blur stock. The only app I use stock is the Tasks app and I use the widget which is not included in the purity version. So all I did is backed up that app with titanium and restored it on my purity rom. Worked perfect. Something you can try.

On stock Verizon ROM. It's rooted, ROM Manager Premium installed, Clockwork Mod 5.0.2.5 installed.

I cannot get it to boot into ClockworkMod. It wont do it through Rom Manager using the "Install ROM from SD Card" option or the "Reboot into Recovery" option.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

I even tried doing a factory reset on it, and starting from the beginning and it wouldn't work...

You need bionic bootstrap. If you search you might be able to find it for free. But it is available in the market

Does Rom Manager not support the Bionic? It was in the list of supported devices when I installed ClockworkMod from it...

It is supported but with Verizon/Motorola locking the bootloader on our bionics we need to use boot strap.
I will admit I might be off little as of why we need to use bootstrap but I know we have to. I had the same issue before installing bootstrap and once I did it worked fine

Well alright... I found the .apk online so I'll give it a whirl!

Ok, I love this rom but I can't figure out where the setting to change vibrate mode on.
The dropdown menu only has sound on/off, but no vibrate.
The lock screen only has sound on/off.
When I turn the volume down using the side keys, there is no vibrate.
Why is there no vibrate option?!

Right now it's either silent or not silent lol.
Need vibration option for when I don't want sound.
