Any idea on where the Boot animation came from for the Purity Base (Not sure if it changes from Tpax) Just noticed its not a Droid Boot that I reconize. DroidTh3ory are you aware of any way (Rom Toolbox kills your Framework) to make "live" changes to Boot animation, Battery Icon, and other items located in the Notification Bar. Wanting a Black Notification Bar with all Glow White Items to match a Theme (Glow Legacy Theme based on Tron) for GoLauncher.

So, because of the bathroom build I've got going on, I've missed out on the radio update, as well as all the Th3ory updates!!:icon_ cry:

SO, here's my question...
Can someone give me a breakdown on what I've got to do to get this beast updated to the latest radio, as well as the latest Th3ory ROM!?

I've been doing a lot of reading, and am unsure as to how to go about this, go back to stock, then 43v3r r00t? then update radio, then do the rom? So :blink:ing to me

I'm already on Purity 2.4 with Zoom,
so my question is do I have to go to 2.5 base or do I just put the Zoom zip file on my SD card and update from zip file?

Also another question. Before flashing to this, I could plug my phone in to my Car CD player through USB and it would read music off of the internal SD card.
I was previously on Liberty which was 886 or whatever, not 893.
I also can't even view my internal SD card when plugging into my PC.
Is this because of 893 or a setting in Purity?
Help would be appreciated as this is important to me.

Start Here R3L3AS3DRoot and 43V3R root for the BIONIC v2.1 to make you stock

Next Here Easily Upgrade To 5.7.893, Keep Root And Webtop - RootzWiki To upgrade your Radios

Then when you get done with all that come back here, Read the OP and follow instructions then you will be ready to finish with one of DroidTh3orys roms and Tpax of your liking (either Shift3r or Purity depending on what you like)

Good luck this whole thing takes about 5 Hours start to finish if you do it all correctly. Rushing will have you starting over a Few times I promise.

Just Down load and install the new Xoom Tpax over your old one. Remember to Wipe your Cache and Dalvick and you will be good to go.

2. USB setting to mass storage, sounds like you are on charge only.

I wouldnt worry about the radio it really dont matter IMO but you need to flash a new base(wipe everything ) decide which rom you want to go with Shifter or Purity and go for it READ THE OP very important.

The update helped with my headphone buzz issue, so if you are experiencing it the update is totally worth it!
