1) Does swype not come loaded
2) Can I restore app+data using Titanium or just app

No swype. Batch restores work fine for me. As long as you are not restoring system app or data it should be fine.

I tried installing just my apps and their data but my phone rebooted over and over again.

Stupid question but are you positive none of them were system apps? I never backup or restore system apps or data regardless of what Rom I am coming from or flashing to.

wrong swype does come loaded.
go to settings......language and keyboard....and check the swype box. then do the long press on a text entry box and click swype.

titanium works but certain apps it will crash for i did like 5 at a time and it worked fine if i did a whole batch of restoring apps it wouldnt work.

I've been running the leak with rubiX 1.9.3. I just did a data and cache wipe and installed the zip from sd. It rebooted on its own without me selecting it and now it's hung up on the "M" screen for about 5 minutes now... this is not normal is it? I think I'm screwed.

Can somebody please send me the sbf for the leak? I have it on my home pc but I'm stuck in a hotel hours from my home for work... I really hope I get her working again before I leave here!! :icon_eek:

Took the plunge due to the fact UD is said to be running on the leak without issue, so far so good. Installed the leak and ROM without issue. I am getting the calander FC, but other than that its smooth. I can tell ALLOT of hard work has been put into it. I cant wait for some themes to come out. So I know its been asked like a million times but, since I loaded up the 2.2.1 misc file I am officially on the leak correct? I just want to make sure if I test out the new APEX for the leak verzion I'll be ok...... THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP

I have been flashing ROMs for years now and you can tell J put a lot of work into this. I think we should be proud to call him our own

Yep, your updated to the leak now. Your system should read 2.2.1 And bootloader should read 30.04 now. No going back for you!. Please make sure you don't use any previous SBF's or restore any previous nandroids.

Which version of Rubix Blurry? Kinda curious seeing as the last I looked it stated " for those NOt on the 2.3.320 leak"

Blurry 2.3.20 is based on the leak.

There is some confusion on this...
There is a version of Blurry that is BASED ON the leak..
And there are versions of both Blurry and Focused that WILL RUN ON the leak.. 2 different things...

None of the Blurry installs will put you on the leak.. you have to do that to yourself.

Sorry.... not trying to confuse anyone. I flashed the leak first. Then used the corresponding version of Blurry.

I installed the rumm_rx ROM zip and I did it via bootstrap app.

Ok, I am a bit lost.

I was last on Apex v1.0, which was 2.3.15, I was still on Bootloader 30.01.
I then installed the 2.2.1-miscupdate linked in the instructions.
My bootloader was 30.04 then. And the update is installed and running fine.

So if I want to switch roms for now (trust me I'll be back if the kinks get ironed out, this is sick so far) Can I already go to ones that require the leak? or should I go to ones that work coming from 2.3.15?

What am I on now? if I'm on the leak, how? what was in that miscupdate.zip file?

I am trying to go to fission for now, but.... don't know if I can. I want to be able to SBF back to 2.3.15, and if that misc update file ruined those chances, then I'll be a bit mad. If so that should have been stated.

If not, we're cool

Someone let me know if I can get on fission successfully for now.
