Just installed the 2.3.1 ics blurry and it's wonderful. Loving it. Like the icons better than 2.3. Thanks for all you do; it's much appreciated.

First and foremost, this is an absolutely incredible ROM. Mega cheers and kudos to the dev's that burn the midnight oil on a daily basis for our benefit. I've had my Bionic for about a week now and have gone up the chain from 2.1 up to 2.3. Full wipe for 2.3 of course, and it's great. Out of curiosity, is the widget that appears there for weather and the clock available with the flash of the theme pack? I, after initially loading the base, and wiping cache and dalvik, flashed the theme pack. (Didn't want to be "boring" as the install syntax suggests It's perfect. But that widget would just be the meow of the gato.....any suggestions? I come from the land of HTC with the EVO and got used to the "sense" less appearance I guess. Finally got way sick of no coverage and switched to Verizon. Obviously, the data issue was a problem initially but with the .893 update that issue seems to have at least somewhat subsided. Still have minor issues now and then, but ultimately I'll take 20Mbps down any day of the week vs. Sprint's 2M at best, sometimes 3. Sorry to ramble, but I love this phone and this ROM, and that's the one thing I would love to get rocking....

4ever root?

Thank You. Just got that rolling. Loving it.


One more quick question. With regard to the 4ever root aspect of these motorola devices, I'm just wondering whether or not that is necessary. Mine was rooted using Pete's .exe on my Windows machine and it worked. So long as i don't install an OTA from VZw I should be ok right? Or not? Is there any additional benefits to forever rooting the device?

So I flashed over ic3 2.3.1 last night and calibrated my battery and did all that good stuff and I've got 9 hours on my battery right now with moderate to heavy use and im still at 62% battery. I love this rom thanks guys!

I did see a newer anasta .. I downloaded and installed it over XOOM.. all I can say is... BEAUTIFUL! Works great. If there's a bug I dont see it.

I am using ice PAC. calender widget is working great. Hope this helps you narrow it down for you. (I have found that some times its an app I use that causes issues and not always the ROM)

Those are just themes but they need to be updated first so don't use them now

The stock calendar widget FC every time I try to add it. This has happened since 2.0

Try deleting google + that solved my issues. I believe its the ics version not playing nice with the others. This helped me, courtesy of Dhacker. Show him some love.
