One more quick question. With regard to the 4ever root aspect of these motorola devices, I'm just wondering whether or not that is necessary. Mine was rooted using Pete's .exe on my Windows machine and it worked. So long as i don't install an OTA from VZw I should be ok right? Or not? Is there any additional benefits to forever rooting the device?

I would personally do the forever root. I did it and its really easy. You don't want to lose root from the OTA update that verizon sends out

yeah you have nothing to lose going the forever root method. saves you the process of using the script dhacker29 came up with to root the .893 update too.

My APPS not working

Love this ROM been runnning it for a while now since 1.5. Great Job!!!

Still looking for Music Widget on LOck Screen and Next Track with Volume Keys when screen off and few minor items.

I am still missing My APPS in the market. Is this because I used TiBu to resore missing apps after installing ROM? Any fix of it?

I went from 2.1 Base loaded TPakx 2.2 and then loaded TPakx 2.3.1 I think that is correct.

I may just reinstall 2.3.1 base and let google reload apps and then use TiBu to restore Data of apps

You need to research or just read all the post in this thread. Market its dorked up by Android and every one (even stock users) are waiting on a fix.

This keeps up and dt is going to lock the thread again till we all learn to read.

2 questions

1. on the blurry GB pack where did you find the clock and weather widget, i love that clock and the colors of it. i know it goes with the theme but i cant find that widget.

2. the powerboost scrypt is not working for me, when i type the bionic.sh in the emulator it says it does not exist and also when i start typing bionic the small i's turn into capital I's not sure if that is supposed to happen or not. i made sure that the unthrottle folder is on the sd card it was on the ext one and i copied it to the internal one also so there is a copy on each card. any ideas this is a new flash.

That is Fancy Widgets. You cant use swype in terminal.

Same procedure as HIFT3R... Just on a Diet.


And yes... I will out up a Change Log. FYI, MY LACK of priority n Change Logs come from the fact that... It is new, obviously we fixed ****, broke ****, or did something better. Lol. Would it really change your decision to flash it.

Woot, woot! Cannot wait, lol... That and a new Anasta and I will be set rotfl. Patience and a killer ROM team head made my experience a total concert, rock solid! Thanks guys!
