I don't understand people's obsession with breaking the ToS. It also greatly increases the chances of the phones being locked down in the future.

It isn't like it is particularly slow now. I could understand if the 5GB limit on Verizon was an easily attainable limit. I could also understand if the download speed was slow on 3G. I dunno, breaking the law and giving carriers and manufacturers more incentive to lock down the phones really doesn't jive with me. This argument is something that is better held elsewhere though.

A zip was posted in the main liberty forum for throttling.
Yellow is themed away in seconds but it does attract attention doesn't it?

i have been "downloading/installing theme" for the past 5 minutes..

It has been addressed so many times I'm almost sad to say it again. This is a long anticipated rom so there are literally hundreds of people downloading the rom and themes so the servers are feeling the pain. Release day is always slow going. Wait for it or wait a day or two and try again.

Yes it does, tried and tested. Get the tether for root users.

Mine had regular contacts installed. When I tried to install Wy Contacts, the pre-installed contacts icon disappeared in the app drawer, the dialer no longer worked and Wy Contacts never showed up. Had to reinstall the original contacts to bring then back.
