[ROM] The Eagle Has Landed!!!! - Liberty 1.0 1/11/11

I was pretty sure that Liberty set them to my recommended settings... ?

Min Free KBytes 2048
Dirty Ratio 95
Dirty Background Ratio 60
VFS Cache Pressure 50
OOM Allocating Task 1 (true, on, yes, checked, whatevs)

Hot dog, I will enable it and see. Would you be able to give an explanation of each item to me? Or is that something I should Google? :)

Im Loving this Rom. But im having trouble with the Blur Alarm I got from the Toolbox. Everytime I Unlock the phone the Alarm Icon in the notification bar goes away. Any ideas?

Hate to say it, but my best suggestion is:
Alarm Clock PlusV2? - Android app on AppBrain

Wish I knew of a blur component that worked exactly as expected on a non-blur ROM... but...
I assume this is a "feature".. ? unless others aren't having this problem?

Im wondering if Deleting the "Clock" app that came with Liberty would fix the issue. Maybe there is a conflict? My question for that though is if that doesnt fix the problem, how do I get the clock I deleted back?

Rather than deleting it, just use root explorer to rename it to Clock.apk.bak... if you encounter problems, just remove the .bak and you are good to go (after a reboot).

Having a little trouble. I know how to change the boot animation in root explorer, but don't know how to set a custom boot animation on liberty? Do i have to put it in a file for the install/root/SD card to work in the liberty tools. Thanks.

To make it easier on yourself, just name your bootanimation of choice to bootanimation.zip and put it on the root of your sd card. Then go into Liberty Toolbox Liberty Tweaks/Manage Boot Animation/ install sdcard/bootanimation.zip

Works Perfectly :)

Thanks for your reply, that is what I did and all I get is a black screen.

Some reason its not working. I even tried to just put it in root explorer and reboot, no go, it just gives a blank screen after Motorola logo.
