You install it from your sd card while in Recovery Mode =)

Yeah for some reason they changed that on ICS and JB... It's either data on or off.

Hmmm apps? Are you staying Stock? If you like ICS I suggest Blackhole, it is Safestrap flash able. Notifications toggle is a pretty standard app with stock or Blackhole

There is no bloatware on black hole rom. The only extra app he has added is beats audio. All other bloat you get with ics is removed.

I've messed around with it a bit and it works quite well, .238 and installed it with safestrap.
