If you didn't use link 3 in my sig to root then everytime you reboot your custom recovery will be overwritten with the stock one.
But you are saying you can't get into any recovery?
I'd try link 3 in my sig. It will put SPR on but you can then use Rom Manager to flash back to CW if you want.
