rubiX Focused 1.6

How soon until the Juicer themes are compatible with 1.6? Should I just give it a go and hope everything works?

Backup and go for it. I didn't even backup before I loaded up BnT, so go ahead... have a ball.

Any theme you install on top ofvthis that s not made for 1.6 will dsable the battery 10% increment fix

Another question... It sounds like you did some memory management in this. Should I uninstall MinFreeManager and/or Autokiller and/or Autostarts?

Yes. They might actually cause the phone to run slower/worse if they conflict.

Autostarts? Are you crazy Drod? It doesn't have anything to do with changing memory management.

You still NEED Autostarts! It is the best android app in existence! Just clearing that up so no one gets the wrong idea.

Keep up the good work Drod! I'm been lovin 1.0 forawhile now : )

Well if you're using a battery indicator without text shown, you're not going to notice one way or the other anyway. And if we're just talking about a display issue, it doesn't really matter.

Well when I was using the Juicer theme on 1.0 their battery animation counted down in 10% increments. Or at least it appeared that way, my reference for the actual % was bat stat widget. Will post if it works.

Thank god for JRummy's OC app... phone booted fine no issues but then once I started to scroll through lists I got reboots.

Just went into his Over clocking app changed the voltage and now NO more reboots!

Just not too sure I want to set it at boot since not too sure since it's pre installed in ROM on ULV and I set it to boot at LV would it cause issues?

as usual, amazing rom. 3 questions: first, can i get rid of rounded corners? no big deal if not, i'm sure they'll be replaced once themes roll out

second, you said that facebook syncs to contacts, and i see that the contacts do get tied to facebook within contacts lists, but the pictures still aren't updated. I know this is was a blur feature, but do you know of any workaround besides using koush's facebook to gmail contacts PC app to get the pics to sync? preferably something that would do it auto? I have so many issues with this, because when my friends change their name or add a symbol to their name on facebook, it doesn't seem to get updated in my contacts list either since the list is tied to gmail contacts... and then when i sync facebook pics to gmail contacts using koush's app, those contacts dont get updated because the names dont match...

lastly, if we use the cpu.sh script (or jrummy's overclock app) to change the default voltage from ULV to something else, will it conflict with your tweak? or will it overwrite the auto ulv?

I'm so excited!!!! Cant wait to fire this up. Although I may need to wait to do it to get home in case the under volt messes with my phone! dancedroid

Drod, for the sad ones of us who have the phones that won't accept undervolting well, I think I found the right vsel value for the 1000 MHZ setting. Yours undervolted to 48, so I went in and re-created my setscaling100.sh as a copy of your lowvolt.sh, then changed the vsel value just on 1000 MHZ. At 50, I still rebooted after a few minutes. At 52, I've been stable so far. I didn't change any of the other vsel values. If this works, I assume that changing the lowvolt.sh file to vsel of 52 will keep me from having to manually apply it through terminal emulator each time? This is still undervolted, just not by as much I guess. I know vsel of 58 was what I used to overclock to 1.15 so I'm wondering whether I should keep 52vsel at 1000 or go up to 58vself at 1150.... Hmmmmm

My phone will run at 1.3 smooth at 56, however, it locks up regularly at 1GHz @48. My vsels in my sig have been smooth for a week+ and have helped on the battery. Would love to try the new RubiX's but I know I can't at this point.

If the undervolt doesn't take on my phone will I need to do a SBF or can I just restore a backup? I cant wait till I get home =)

I think sbf. However, I think it would be easy for someone in the know(not me for sure =)) to create an update.zip that would override these settings that could be added in recovery.

Running great for me. I can't wait to see even better battery life. :)

Tried 1.6 and could get 3 mins at best out of it before reboot. Less than 3 mins if I tried using the phone, most any activity would freeze it up and reboot, bummer.... back to 1.0 which is smokin fast and my fav ROM so far..

One issue I found on 1.0 that was weird was that maybe one out of every 20 slides to unlock, the phone just reboots. Never when I'm using it fully, just when unlocking...

Has anyone come across that with this build yet?

Other than that, 1.0 was very fast and solid for me. Thanks, Drod!

Edit: Landscape home screens, FTW!

same thing happened for me on 1.0....i was so close to switching to the new blurry because i needed 3g hotspot cause all the other tether programs wouldnt work good for me but with the wireless tether version in the OP so far so good so im gonna keep focused and update to 1.6 and see how everything goes......question though...the new focused is undervolted...is it overclocked? and was there anything done like that with focused 1.0?? was it overclocked or anything changed with voltages or anything like that?

if someone gets the link from drod before others maybe post it? since there seems to be a lot of people who want the stock settings.
