The wallpapers thing is normal not sure why. If you want to run scripts via the terminal download a terminal emulator from the market and input the neccessary commands and directory locations. Many of the. Apks need to be flashed in a similar fashion as the roms. Place them on you sdcard bootstrap and flash.
Not sure what you are trying to achieve so instructions are limited. Please ask a more specific question for a better explanation.

Hey Mike, im not sure there is a definitive answer but im running into issues with overclock, even with the undervolting im running through my battery a little quicker too, im also having occasional lockups and reboots. I've decided to not run quick clock, I don't notice the phone running any faster due to the conservative (yet safe) approach of quick clock in conjunction with the less battery life the app is a no go for me as of now.

Im having a little problem here If I overclock too high I burn a lot of battery which is what it is. One other thing that happens is I seem to loose 3G every once in awhile I read somewhere that it may be a verizon issue I did download the remove throttle zip which also has something to do with Mobile settings I wonder if that has something to do with it or maybe its my phone thinking about going back to stock rooted and starting from scratch again I dont have a lot of stuff I mostly use the phone for calls texts and the internet (forums) any suggestions

If you overclock you are going to get slightly less battery performance but it shouldn't be much.
I overclock slightly (1074) and run stock voltage and once my battery is calibrated I'll be at about 50% after 14-15 hrs. I do have an extended battery though.
I almost always see a drop in battery life right after installing/upgrading a rom.
I SBFed and re-installed rubiX 2 days ago and over the weekend I was at about 20% after 14-15 hrs.
I assume that's because the battery needs a few days to calibrate.

About your 3G problem. I have never had any rom affect my signal strength, for better or worse. I support lots of droid phones and if i put my DX w/ rubix next to a stock Pro, D2, D1 or DX on my desk they all have the same signal strength.

Might be a VZW issue in your case but it could just be something you have never noticed before. I always get hyper sensitive to things on the phone right after I install a ROM.

I too have mutiple phones 2Dx & D2 I dont have the problem with others. I dont know if its a signal problem so much as it wont connect to the internet thats why I thought maybe 3G If I reboot phone when it happens it comes back seems like it just looses it. Im on AOL alot unless you go to a full blur rom the only way I can get to AOL and pull up a full contact list ( not just when you press a key) Is download aol mobile get the mail put it in bookmarks then shortcut so every time I go into it I load the whole app instead of just mail Dont know if this makes any sense but thats how I know because it wont do it like I have no internet Gmail wont work either no internet what do you think Ill take another 2 cents lol

Market network error

Anyone else experiencing this error when using the market? "ATTENTION A NETWORK ERROR HAS OCCURRED. RETRY, OR CANCEL AND RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS SCREEN". If it happened once in a while i'd be fine but it seems to not work more often than it does work.. is there a solution?

I also do once in awhile I think it is more of a connection problem than the rom I dont think you can connect to the internet unless you have internet Ill bet Verizon is the problem I could be wrong I have been once or twice lol

I am however having a problem with video recording. Every time I switch to video from camera, the camera app force closes. This happens every single time no matter what I do, am I doing something wrong?

I have no settings menu available to me from within the camera app, just options to Switch to Video, and Gallery. Am I looking in the wrong spot?
