rubiX Focused 2.0.1: UPDATED

Should I "wipe cache partition" after wipe data/factory reset? Noticed this was done with rubix 1.9. install.

TIA1

Any suggestions? wipe data/factory reset or should I do wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition? I have everything else done and ready to go. Just need to know what the you experts feel is the right thing to do?

I always wipe data/cache when flashing a new ROM...may not be necessary, but may save you a headache. Better safe then sorry

I wiped to go to 2.0(focused) then applied the patch,(no wipe) everything seemed fine until my video record would force close, then 2.0.1 came out I applied with no wipe, now gmail force closes, are these issues from my process or bad installs, or rom?

Sent from my DROIDX

Nevermind about the battery manager, still having the other mentioned issues on both phones after wiping data and cache twice

You may have to reinstall the ROM. I am not having those issues. Sometimes just wiping cache is not enough.

Almost forgot what good battery life was like running Liberty for a month or so. 32 hours and still at 60%...uncanny. Glad to have the interactive governor back as well. Was sorely missed since upgrading from my droid og.

Ok, I feel like a bean-head but I can't get the script to backup my apps. Here's a screen shot. What am I doing wrong?

I may have missed something but how do I get my apps back? Someone told me that it would be automatic?

It wasn't for me for whatever reason. This is the first time it has happened. Go to the Android market from your PC and just click install to device on all your apps you want.

This rom is absloutely insane! Far away the best rom Ive ever tried on my DX,Im getting a full days use and still 60% of my battery left, speeds are blazing fast, just unreal! I didnt do the update,if im not having problems should I? BTW I flashed it right over 1.97....flawless so far, been running it for 3 days now...incredible work Drod!

If you like to test diferent rom I recomend you TiBu backup for your app and reinstall again, but for sure with out TiBu your app will be back not in my case because testing rom I format Dalvick.
I prefered TiBu backup with data only.
