Seidio Case

Does everyone else's Innocase for their Droid have a small hole along the back, top ridge of the back part of the case? It is near the cutout for the headphone plug area and right of the camera cutout. I was told by RMa support that this is intentional and for the speakerphone, but I have not seen this hole in any pictures on their website nor on those posted by other users. As such, I don't know if I buy this line unless others can confirm they have one also.

It is about the size diameter of a wooden pencil lead. I can post a picture later if necessary. Appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
 
Scratch that last post and my apologies. I just caught the other posts about the colors up for sale now and noticed the hole on those pictures on the website. So apparently it is intentional. Sorry for the gung-ho post.
 
And now after looking closely at my phone, I do see a small hole in that spot. I wonder if I'm eligible to trade out my case for one with the hole.
 
Anyone know if the cover is going to make the keyboard slideout become kinda messed up after we decide not to use the case after like about a year?
 
Looks like they've continued to refine it, as some pictures show the hole as a squared off and more finished opening whereas mine looks like, well, just a small hole drilled. I'd prefer the squared off look myself as it looks more polished, but overall, I love the case and think it looks far and away better than anything else I've seen so far.

As for the keyboard slide, mine is a tiny bit stiffer than without; but I prefer that so long as it does not damage the phone. I had the black rubber case Verizon sold as a temporary and it was much stiffer to slide. This feels just rust to me.

Looking forward to the dock and finding a better way to sync with my itunes library without having to reinvent the wheel.
 
I received my Seidio Surface case and holster yesterday, but the top piece doesn't fit at all. A few people have posted that their top piece pops off, but mine won't clip on at all. :mad:

I've contacted Seidio customer service, but I suspect that I will not hear back from them until Monday.

I loved the Seidio case on my BB Storm, but it's disappointing that a received a bad piece.
 
I took my Seidio case off today. It was GREAT at first but I've been having some major issues with it. The top piece and bottom piece touch when I slide it open and because of this the bottom piece is now loose and doesn't fit properly (it also squeaks when I squeeze the case).

I emailed them about this and they said they sent out a replacement back piece but it's been over a week and nothing in the mail and I'll need a replacement top piece as well *sigh*
 
I took another look at it after having it for about 2+ weeks.
It does touch when closed and so I took a dremel to the clips and it is better now.
Hopefully the refinements that they are making will address this.
Other then that, this case rocks.

Funny you posted that, I was thinking about taking sandpaper to my clips.
