well im very happy with the case as i stated in my pervoius post, but i just found something i dont like.... well 2 things.... the bottem part of the case on the corner where it says "Verizon" its very loose and i can move it with ease they need to improve the design by placing a clamp on the bottem case in the middle... my second thing is that if your wearing jeans and are walking a lot with the phone in your pocket the top part of the phone tends to slide open b.c of the grip... not really a big issue but i am feeling a little uneasy with the bottem corner of the case with dirt getting in and getting behind the phone....

Look along the small crack right where that hole in the case would line up on your phone. Get a magnifying glass if you need to.

Interesting. However, since no case sold by Verizon that is specifically designed for the Droid has it, it is likely not functional. Of course, even if it isn't needed, it really doesn't hurt either. I still can't imagine what that little hole has to do with any speaker, as it is not even remotely close to either of the speakers. I doubt that it is a subwoofer port. :biggrin:

I haven't even used my case at all yet, as I havent received the droid yet. I've looekd at it twice, when i got it, and now when I was about to pack it to go somewhere where I will receive my droid.

As in reply to above post of minn, i rubbed where the scratches is, and you can hardly notice now unless you look at it up close...i think the paint mixed in with the cracks.
I received my Seidio Surface case and holster yesterday, but the top piece doesn't fit at all. A few people have posted that their top piece pops off, but mine won't clip on at all.
I've contacted Seidio customer service, but I suspect that I will not hear back from them until Monday.
I loved the Seidio case on my BB Storm, but it's disappointing that a received a bad piece.

i'm just glad to see someone from seidio IS actually watching and cares..
I read on the product page for the Droid that a Car mount compatible with the seido case is in the works. Sorry do not have source link as of now will try to look for it.

Yes, Seidio is working on the follows which will work with and without case on.
1) Desktop Cradle
2) Car Mount

I personally feel taht the case is to fragile. i avoid taking it off at all costs due to the fact that it will break. the little clips it uses to hold itself on break super easy
