Seidio Case

well im very happy with the case as i stated in my pervoius post, but i just found something i dont like.... well 2 things.... the bottom part of the case on the corner where it says "Verizon" its very loose and i can move it with ease they need to improve the design by placing a clamp on the bottem case in the middle... my second thing is that if your wearing jeans and are walking a lot with the phone in your pocket the top part of the phone tends to slide open b.c of the grip... not really a big issue but i am feeling a little uneasy with the bottem corner of the case with dirt getting in and getting behind the phone....

So I was close to ordering one of these, especially with the new colors released, but it sounds like maybe I should wait until they make some refinements? Thoughts?

so the front of my case has been peeling everywhere but a replacement front was coming in so i didn't mind. but now, the back piece is peeling in spots now....not sure why this is happening, anyone else having this issue??

I got my Seidio case today and I have no fitment issues with it at all. My only gripe is the "seidio" lettering on the back is already starting to flake off (I have had it on the phone for a whole 15 minutes). Other than that, im glad I ordered it. I had the Verizon shell/holster combo before and although its a sweet case, I think the Seidio is better for me since its a touch thinner.

The first thing I did when I received my Seidio case was use my fingernail to scratch off that lettering. You might as well finish it off if it's already beginning to flake.

I personally feel taht the case is to fragile. i avoid taking it off at all costs due to the fact that it will break. the little clips it uses to hold itself on break super easy

I take it off a few times a day and I haven't had any problems, FWIW

I would just like to take a second and thank Seidio for their amazing customer service. I had a small issue with my case that I posted in here, they mailed me an entire replacement case which I mounted today, and NO problems whatsoever. As long as Seidio makes a case for my phone I'll be a customer =)

I have mine and love it, no grips once so ever about the case, however I did purchase the Combo (Case & Holster) and was lead to believe by the description that both were made of the signature rubbery soft-touch material. But when I got it, the holster was just this plain ole plastic.

I chatted with them about this, and was told that the Holsters for the Droid will not have the signature Soft-touch material, and that it was an error on their part with regards to the description on their site.

And would you believe during our session, they had already changed the description and sent me a return label, its going back tomorrow (the holster that is); I Luv the case and I think keeping it in my pocket is safer anyway.

Has anyone else ran into shipping delays? I ordered the case and holster last monday, paid for 2 day shipping, and still have not received anything. I've also emailed sedio regarding the delays and have yet to receive a response.

The Autumn Gold color is one of our newest addition to the Droid case family. It has a bit a glittering shine to it but it is still finished in our rubberized coating, so it's definitely not overwhelming!

wow its so awesome to see seido coming on to forums and actually looking for complaints to address. Interesting fact I learned in Subway sandwich shop franchise training: 96% of customers who are unhappy DON'T complain!

Seems like seido is aware of that and knows where to come to address our issues. SEIDO ROCKS!

btw i got my seido case and it is HAWT! lovin the feel of it. And thanks to their superb customer service I might just order the holster :icon_ banana:
