I ordered a Seidio Innocase for my Droid, and had it on the phone for about 3 days. Loved it. Had to get the phone replaced, now the front plastic piece doesn't fit the phone. It has been almost a week since I reported it to Seidio...with no response. Getting a bit frustrated now.

My case should be here tomorrow, looking forward to getting this case, my dock, and my car mount, once they are available March 16th. But I ordered the other 2 pieces yesterday.

I got my seidio case about a week ago, and it's amazing. Fits much better than the Body Glove I had prior. The only issue is it fits so well I'm having serious trouble taking it off. Feels like I'll snap it in half...

Front piece is rather difficult. Easiest way to take back off is the corner where the verizon logo is. Just push that corner off it'll pop off. At least it works for me

If you slide the phone open and flip it over you will see a tab exposed just to the left of the speaker. If you take your thumb (or another preferred finger) and pull back on the RIGHT side of the tab (between the tab and the speaker), then it will come right off. I just did this 3 or 4 times in a row.

It would seem that if you try to pull NEXT to a tabs as opposed to on the tabs themselves they will pop off a lot easier. Hope this helps...?

Mine doesn't slide open as smoothly with the case on but I guess it's normal. Still happy after a few days of use.

Can you order just the front part of the case? my droid fell out of my pocket and part of the plastic that holds the face on broke off (droid is safe though!!:icon_ banana

Just received my black case from the droid forums store and I can not get the front piece to stay on. The back part fits perfect, but the front never wants to fully seat around the bezel and it keeps popping off.

Did I get a bad front piece or am I just retarded and unable to figure it out?

I ordered the dark grey case + multimedia dock combo from Seidio's web site a couple weeks ago. My case fits beautifully, a gabillion % better fit and finish than anything I could find at Verizon. I am very pleased. Thumbs up Seidio!

You should, I ordered mine through Amazon a couple days ago, got it, and my Seidio Charging dock, the front snapped right into place and fits perfectly, my only issue with the case, vs the one I had, is at the bottom of the top screen where the soft keys are, on the official Droid case the lip isn't there so the buttons are easy to get to, vs now with this that wraps the entire screen, it's not as easy to hit your soft keys. For some this may be a good thing, for me though, I really wish this top piece had that notched out section like the Motorola case does.

It'll just be an adjustment, so not a big deal, but it's something for Seidio to think about.

On a side note, the dock itself with the case fits beautifully, but it doesn't slide down into the dock very easily, it is always getting caught on the microUSB adapter, I'm afraid over time this is going to break, but I hope not.
