Situation in Brazil.

entao mario , vc nao tem problemas com o auto foco nao ??
geral ta reportando esse problema!
tipo se vai tirar a foto e fica td borrado , o quadrado fica vermelho e nunca consegue tirar a foto !
soh q isso eh no modo macro lá manja!

pelo que eu andei lendo , com a atualizaçao do soft. para o 2.0.1 isso é corrigido!
o problema eh quando vai chegar pra gente essa atualizaçao. lembrando que jah foi mandada para a Europa e EUA se nao me engano!

Yeah.. you were right.. never noticed that, but looking closer my pics are not in focus.. that is terrible.
Everyday I get more and more annoyed.. now this camera bug. My phone is 4 days on and even killing all tasks I get only 60MB free.. even my WinMo handles memory better. The space between the screen and the keyboard is not so tight as it was when the phone was new

I use Advanced Task Manager to kill open apps, I only leave 3 installed apps excluded of the list for killing (APNdroid, 3G watchdog and Advanced Task Manager), the rest I put to "end all" and I usually get 120Mb of free RAM. It is really weird how you can't just exit apps, they simply go to background, you really have to kill them (I say so because I have also a S60v3 and all apps have an exit button...).

Hi All, I'm a Brazilian too and last 02/05 my Moto Milestone arrived at home.
Here in Brazil we have a chance to buy the bundle model, as you may know, Phone+dock+8Gb mini-SD.
I'm moving from an iPhone 1st Generation to this one and at this point I have a neutral position about it. The internal memory is too small - 512Mb - to save all yours apps is not that much!!! Another problem that I have here is that I can't save any information inside the 8Gb microSD, it's not reachable. I guess the Motonav's maps are installed on it.
Does anyone have any idea what this issue can be fixed.
It's not a hacked device. lol

Hey guys. I'm from brazil too and got mine milestone a month ago.

As for the ota update, it seems we are just attached to motorola brazil. Nobody has developed a update.zip or any other way.

I'm too, really anoyed with the auto focus bug, but as to the battery lenght, I've rooted mine milestone and installed an app called set cpu. It allows the user to set the cpu usage when on some situations, like when the mobile is on standby/locked.

I set it up to use about a third of the capacity when locked and now, using it normally (wifi all the time and 30 ~ 40 minutes call) the battery lasts 2 or even 3 days. I really recommend it.

Me another brazillian!!! Have the G1, the Motorola Milestone and the Nexus ONE.

And I think I'm stopping here (or as long as google takes to release another one), I'll stick to theirs instead of buying locked gadgets.

Is this a developers forum? Or just android users forum? just got here in this thread and didn't have had the time to find out yet.

I agreed that the batery it´s a shame, but nothing that I can´t solve.
The big issue for me it´s the memory. Can´t put the app on the SDCARD it´s realy sucks!!!!

Creio que funcione somente para o desbloqueado sem operadora, mas não custa tentar, o software é de atualização se ele achar uma atualização para o seu tel ele vai atualizar e ponto.

O meu eu comprei desbloqueado e com esse software atualizou para a versão 2.0.1

The update that was released in Brazil is only for Retail Milestone.

We have to wait a little bit more to update our Vivo's and TIM's Milestone.

I hope to get this update soon for my Vivo.
